Ricardo Real Preciado is a Panamanian abstract painter with graduate studies in Technology from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Inspired by life experiences, cultures, paradisiacal views and the tropical nature found in his home country, he creates abstract paintings to capture responses to these inspiration sources.

Through the use of vibrant, Caribbean or tropical tones and the application and scraping of paint, sometimes combined with mixed media applied to canvas - he exposes the nature and complexities of positive thoughts, 'Saudades', and memories.
